Contact us by email to book a box. When the date has been decided we will send you the booking form and agreement to complete and return to us along with payment. Your chosen box will be posted at the beginning of your chosen month and will need a signature on arrival. Read the welcome folder and user instructions and enjoy the learning loan box. The return label will be emailed to you in advance of the return date, which will be before the end of the month. Pack and prepare the box and attach the return label and post at any Post Office. The only item you may need to have available to use with the resources (depending on the box) is batteries. We will let you know which batteries you will need to get beforehand.

There is a time period of 4-5 days in between rentals. All resources are inspected and thoroughly cleaned on return. Equipment and resources are repaired or replaced as required.

We expect some wear and tear of items as they are being reused. The welcome pack includes a returns checklist where you can report any damages or lost items. Please do let us know as some items are cheap and easy for us to replace but others aren`t. You will be notified of any replacement fees as per the signed agreement. We do our best to have spares in stock but rely on our customers to pay any replacement fees so our boxes aren`t kept out of circulation for others to hire and enjoy. It is especially important to report any damages to electrical equipment, battery powered equipment etc to ensure the safety of other users.
